Precautions for Using Beer Filling Machine

Precautions for Using Beer Filling Machine:

1. Low-Temperature Filling
Low-temperature filling is a basic requirement for beer filling. When the beer temperature is low, CO₂ is less likely to dissipate, and less foam is generated, which is beneficial for beer filling.

2. Preventing Oxygen Ingress
Oxygen ingress during the filling process of beer filling equipment is highly harmful to beer quality. Therefore, it is important to minimize oxygen ingress and reduce oxidation.

3. Sterilization
Sterilization of bottled beer is a means of ensuring beer's biological stability. It is necessary to control the sterilization temperature and time to ensure the sterilization effect. At the same time, excessively high sterilization temperatures or long sterilization times should be avoided to reduce beer oxidation. After sterilization, the beer should be cooled as quickly as possible to below a certain temperature (required to be below 35°C).
