Aluminum Cap Capping Machine – Introduction

An aluminum cap capping machine is a packaging device designed specifically for applying and tightening or sealing aluminum caps (such as aluminum tamper-evident caps, aluminum screw caps, and aluminum tear-off caps) onto containers. Unlike standard plastic or metal cap cappers, aluminum cap capping machines often incorporate rolling, crimping, or pressing techniques to achieve a close fit between the aluminum cap and the bottle neck.

Working Principle:

The machine uses a capping head or sealing head to grip the aluminum cap while applying downward pressure combined with rotating or rolling motion. For aluminum tamper-evident caps (e.g., those used on spirit bottles), the machine rolls the lower edge of the cap beneath the bottle neck's retaining ring to form a mechanical lock. For aluminum screw caps, the machine rotates the cap onto the bottle neck threads.
