2 T/H Two-Stage Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Equipment

This equipment is a two-stage reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment system with a rated product water flow rate of 2 tons per hour (2000 liters per hour). It is suitable for industrial and commercial high-purity water production applications requiring both high water quality and relatively large water volume.

The system adopts a two-stage RO series process: the product water from the first-stage RO flows into an intermediate tank, and is then pumped by the second-stage high-pressure pump into the second-stage RO membrane module for secondary desalination. Two-stage RO achieves a higher desalination rate (typically ≥99%), with product water conductivity controlled below ≤2 μS/cm, ensuring stable and reliable water quality.

• Pre-treatment unit: Multi-media filter, activated carbon filter, water softener (or scale inhibitor dosing system), cartridge filter (5μm)
