A daily chemical and chemical filling machine is a filling device designed for packaging daily chemical products and chemical products. It is suitable for metering and filling liquids, pastes, slurries, or relatively flowable viscous materials into various containers (such as plastic bottles, pails, or bags). Working Principle:

Empty containers are conveyed or manually placed to the filling station. Material in the hopper or supply system is metered using a piston pump, pneumatic pump, diaphragm pump, gear pump, or flow meter, then injected into the container through a filling nozzle. For materials that foam easily or are corrosive, bottom-up or sub-surface filling may be used to reduce foam and splashing. After filling, containers may proceed to capping, labeling, or sealing stations.
