A small bottle filling machine is a packaging device designed to fill small-volume containers (typically ranging from 5ml to 500ml) with liquids, pastes, powders, or granular materials at a preset dosage. Common small bottle types include glass serum bottles, oral liquid bottles, essential oil bottles, vials, and small plastic bottles. This type of equipment often integrates functions such as filling, plugging, and capping, and is suitable for production scenarios ranging from small batches to medium-to-large volumes.

Working Principle:

Empty bottles are conveyed to the filling station either manually or via a conveyor belt. The material in the storage tank is metered using a piston pump, peristaltic pump, gear pump, or time-pressure method, then injected into the bottle. Depending on the product characteristics, the machine may use liquid level filling, volumetric filling, or bottom-up filling to reduce bubbles and splashing. After filling, bottles may proceed to subsequent stations such as plug insertion, cap placing, or capping.
