0.5 T/H Two-Stage Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Equipment

This equipment is a two-stage reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment system with a rated product water flow rate of 0.5 tons per hour (500 liters per hour). It is suitable for applications requiring high-purity water quality.

The system adopts a two-stage RO series process: the product water from the first-stage RO flows into an intermediate tank, and is then pumped by the second-stage high-pressure pump into the second-stage RO membrane module for secondary desalination. Compared with single-stage RO, two-stage RO achieves a higher desalination rate (typically ≥99%), with product water conductivity controlled below ≤2 μS/cm, approaching ultrapure water standards.

System Components:

• Pre-treatment unit: Multi-media filter, activated carbon filter, water softener (or scale inhibitor dosing system), cartridge filter

• First-stage RO unit: First-stage high-pressure pump, first-stage RO membrane module

• Second-stage RO unit: Intermediate tank, second-stage high-pressure pump, second-stage RO membrane module

• Post-treatment unit (optional): UV sterilizer, ozone generator, cartridge filter

• Control system: Online conductivity meter, flow meter, pressure gauge, PLC automatic control (optional)
