6 T/H Single-Stage Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Equipment

This equipment is a single-stage reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment system with a rated product water flow rate of 6 tons per hour (6000 liters per hour). It is suitable for medium-to-large scale industrial and commercial water purification applications.

The system adopts a single-stage RO process. A high-pressure pump pushes pretreated water into RO membrane modules, effectively removing suspended solids, residual chlorine, organic matter, bacteria, viruses, and most dissolved salts (desalination rate typically ≥97%). The product water conductivity can be controlled below ≤10 μS/cm, meeting purified water standards.

Main Components:

• Pre-treatment unit: Multi-media filter, activated carbon filter, water softener (or scale inhibitor dosing system), cartridge filter (5μm)

• Reverse osmosis unit: High-pressure pump, RO membrane modules (high-quality imported or domestic membranes)

• Post-treatment unit (optional): UV sterilizer, ozone generator, TOC reducer, cartridge filter

• Control system: Online conductivity meter, flow meter, pressure gauge, PLC fully automatic control, touch screen operation (optional)
